Team Mitsubishi Spirit of Africa

2008 was an eventful year for Eskimo Ice. We had Sarel van der Merwe and his Spirit of Africa Trophy Semi-finals from 18 May to 13 July. Eskimo Ice were the official suppliers of ice.(See photos in the photo gallery). Sarel and his team put +- 700 contestants through our area of which 90% were first timers to our beautiful part of the country and most of them vowed to come back. This was a fun time for Eskimo Ice and all involved.

"On the outside edge of Africa"

Yet another achievement for us, where we got media coverage, Eskimo Ice and Nkosi Isreal Tembe welcomed back Kingsley Holgate and his team at their re-entry at Kosi Bay Border into South Africa,  during his epic anti malaria campaign “On the outside edge of Africa”.
